An honours graduate in Economics & Politics, John's career began in the press office of Amnesty International before becoming a teacher (Economics and English). He also worked as a journalist in the retail sector and understands how to optimise the effectiveness of communication with journalists.

 

John enjoys film, photography and wine but only really wakes up if it's -5C and he's on skis. And, being an obsessive git on grammar and punctuation, he'll be really upset that we ended this sentence like this:)
