Rhiannon has recently joined the PR team at Kavanagh Communications after relocating to the south of England from Wales. Following completion of a BA (Hons) Public Relations and Sports Coaching degree from the University of Exeter she spent six years working in Cardiff on a number of consumer and business to business accounts, including Hilton, Deloitte, British Army and Chepstow Racecourse, devising and managing creative communications programmes.
Rhiannon is keen to offer a guiding hand for clients into the ever-changing world of E-PR. By embracing digital communications as an essential PR tool she has helped clients to speak with clearly targeted audiences in their own online environment.
By understanding clients’ needs and aspirations Rhiannon has been able to provide strategic communications advice for some of the UK’s largest businesses. She was recently involved in launching the biggest retail destination to open in the recession; St David’s Shopping Centre, Cardiff.
With a strong consumer client base, Rhiannon is not averse to spending a Saturday afternoon or two checking out the high street or local boutiques - only, of course, when the Welsh rugby team aren’t playing her national sport!
