Cheese and chocolate may be a combination to make Raymond Blanc blanch, but Toby has made it a great success, currently working simultaneously with Chococo and the UK's finest cheesemongers, Paxton & Whitfield.

 

He has also worked on brands as diverse as Baxters, the Scottish food Group, through to The Bramley Apple Campaign, a grower-funded campaign to help promote the humble Bramley apple to consumer media.

 

Toby’s experience from working on promotional activity for small niche products through to carrying out large campaigns for well-established food & drink brands means he is well versed in dealing with a wide variety of budgets and challenges. It also means he has a great national and regional food & drink media contact book that he is constantly updating.

 

With over ten years' experience working in the retail and consumer sectors, including the John Lewis Partnership and latterly in consumer/lifestyle PR agencies, he matches the PR needs of the business to what the media are looking for.

 

He is very adept at opening doors - and we're not just talking about his fridge (and, yes, he has separate fridges for the cheese and chocolate samples).
